“The thirty is the new twenty” is the first quote I found interesting while started reading the book (Jay 9). This quote strikes a little sensation in mind that the weight of the problem can be liquidated if we set out mind to think alike. The increasing age and the rush of fulfilling the dreams in life are way more grave and serious and sometimes it is stressful. If the age can be viewed just as a number, the half of the problem will be addressed with much vigor and courage.
